Administrative Checklists: Faculty Promotions or Conferral Of Tenure

  1. Completed Employee Record (ER) but do not insert effective date
  2. Curriculum Vitae – update faculty rank to reflect promotion

NOTE: Salary increases associated with promotions should be processed on a separate employee record, if applicable, or processed through UPP.

ANY COMPLETED EMPLOYEE RECORD (ER) OR APPOINTMENT FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION AND ONE COPY OF ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION
