November 9, 2015 The Council of Deans (COD) approves The Appointment Stream Faculty Emeritus Proposal
The COD approved the Senate Ad Hoc Appointment Stream Committee Proposal that would more readily award emeritus status to long-term appointment stream faculty, in recognition of their service and expanded roles in many units at the University, upon recommendation of the academic unit. Currently, it is provided for in the By Laws as an exceptional recognition.
